Champ car?

Long Beach isn't whats wrong with the race it's the product CHAMP is putting out. Need to get IRL and CHAMP to race Long Beach together, so this street race gets a race deserving its heritage.

What INDY 500 is to oval racing Long Beach is to American open wheel road courses. Its a real damn shame it has come to this.

I can't say it is Champ Car's fault that Bourdais dominated the race.

Champ Car developed an entirely new car for this year.

Yet still the Reigning champion dominated the race.

Its not the race series' fault that Bourdais is a special driver.

This guy won the F3000 championship, and then he has won 2 Champ Car Championships, and now he's on his way for a 3rd.

The competition is not as weak as some other posters have mentioned. Paul Tracy and Justin Wilson for example are 2 great drivers, its just that Bourdais truly is that much better.

I didn't actually catch the race. I know Bourdais won again for the 3rd year in a row. It's too bad Tracy wasn't there to make it interesting!! I know a lot a people don't like him, but I'm from T.O. so I have to support my hometown boy. I just hope he is back in time for the Toronto Grand Prix. He brings an extra dimension to the race here. (I love watching him spin out going into turn 1. I have a great vantage point and it happens EVERY year) I've been going for 10 years and love it. I think Long Beach is a nice road course, just like Toronto.

Horrible race, it was a joke. The race was never in question and a 20 second lead is pathetic to have on any course. Just goes to show that there are only 2-3 good drivers in Champ and nothing more. Champ is a joke.

Ling Beach is that near Chinatown ??

I hated it becuase Paul Tracy was not racing. and Seabastian "Borday" Bourdais won. :-(

and Gommendy should of won. I hope Paul will recover and race in Portland.
