Dining and Dancing in Denver...?

So, my best friend and I are going to spend a weekend in Denver for a much needed girl's getaway before she gets married. This is the situation that spawns the following question:

If Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe were in Denver at the end of May, where would they go, what would they do, where would they eat?

I have a hotel already, but need suggestions for the best places to shop, eat and entertain ourselves like old school Hollywood Starlets.

Thanks for the suggestions...

Update:

Since I was looking at hotels before, and am now looking for something completely different, I thought that a new question was in order...

How fun! You girls are going to have a blast!

I can't recommend any places to dance, as that's just not my thing, but I can five suggestions on a couple of my favorite restaurants. Both are something a little different and fun.

First if my favorite, the Rodizio Grill. This is Brazilian BBQ. Everything is cooked on a rotisserie. Wait staff brings out a big skewer of meat to your table and slices off pieces of delicious beef, chicken, sausage, ham, shrimp, and melt in your mouth pineapple. There's also a giant salad bar to go with your meal. The Rodizio is on Wynkoop, right near Coors Field.

Second is The Melting Pot, because, what's more fun that fondue cooking at your own table?

If you're staying over a Sunday morning, I highly recommend the brunch buffet at The Fresh Fish Company. It is phenomenal! Everyone on the buffet you can think of including crab legs, smoked salmon, & shrimp, to traditional brunch items such as crepes, eggs benedict, etc. I couldn't find a their home link, but this will help:

As for shopping, well, the 16th Street Mall is more fun than you girls can ask for. Plenty of shopping and lots to see and do there. I like to shop at the Colorado Mills Mall as well. It's more of a outlet type of mall, but still lots of fun.

Denver could be the enjoy where in fact the sparkle may sunlight 300 days of year. Denver is a thriving cultural scene, varied neighborhoods, and normal splendor mix for the world's most spectacular playground and with hotelbye you will see how to get there. Denver is the spot for: World-class attractions, natural miracles, booming arts world, lots of impressive and acclaimed restaurants and nightlife possibilities galore. Denver definitely started using it all. In Denver you are able to look at the Mount Evans and the Mount Evans Highway. The Mount Evans Highway is just a seasonal street which can be closed all through the wintertime weeks
