Hey guys, I know this isn't relevant but I am in a tight spot. Stranded in FL due to a car accident?

Here's the link to my question:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AqsSt...

If anyone know insurance laws for FL could you please help me out? I know this is the R&S board, but y'all are friends so I thought I'd ask for help. Yes I have contacted my insurance, but I have no idea who I need to talk to on the other side of the equation

The guy who hit you is liable. You need to talk to him, and contact his insurance. If you need help to get home, your employer should help you. If that doesn't work, contact your church, and they should help you out temporarily until you get situated with the insurance.

It looked as though you have pretty good feedback on your first question.

I'd force the issue with your insurance company.
