Don't break my balls (a fairly direct correlation w/ the Italian)

Don't bust my chops (chops; choppers = slang: teeth)

It means "to break the balls".

Itsn't as above posted "don't break my balls" since this would be in Italian "non mi rompere i coglioni"

Wonderwoman is right. She should get "Best Answer". There are other slight varieties of that saying but that's what it basically means.

    Source(s): I'm Italian

That looks like Latin, not Italian. Sorry I don't have the answer, but that may help your search.

It doesn't mean don't because there is no "non". It means "to break my balls".
