? about a physical?
I have to get a physical to race this year. The form says it has to be done by an MD or DO. I know what an MD is but what is a DO? Is a nurse qualified to do this?

Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Nurses can only do a physical if they are a nurse practioner.

Doctor of osteopathy. Slightly more holistic, whole-body approach but basically a doctor just like an MD.
