You should go either short and spikey in the back with some bangs in the front at an angle...choppy cuts nothing exactly straight. or you could go for the above the shoulder flipped out look. I love my short hair, cant believe i didnt cut it off years ago!!!!!!

go for a bob or a cut that breaks your face up- if it's oval then it is long, but by getting a shorter cut, you will create a focal point at the mid point of your face thus making it seem less oval. make sure the cut hits somewhere between your nose and your lower lip.

I'd say layers and streaks would like great throughout your hair!

Straighting your hair whislt you have layers looks super cool as well.

i would say, for the length, not anything up to the chin. maybe...shoulderlength or close to, maybe even some soft layers;)
