My husband had 2 children from his last marriage. She hasn't been utilizining her parenting time.. her choice. But she is constantly telling the young girls she will be here and promises she isn't lying this time and doesn't show up. She has seen them 3 times in the last 6 months.

He filed contempt papers so she is retaliating with a paternity test for only one of the girls. She really does not care about either but really shows it towards the older one. Everyone thinks neither one are his but to him, they are his kids. He has sole, physical and legal custody. He is on their birth certificates and has been there since day one. even when she would leave for days at a time. The girls have stability with him.

If a paternity test proves that he isn't the bio father can they just rip them out of his lives? Please Help

I have been on probation for 6 months...have 6 months to go. I just got a letter stating that I have been violated for failing a urine screen for benzos (prescribed) and alcohol. THis is my first violation. IDK what to expect. I was told I will be getting a summons to go to court. I'm not concerned about the prescription..as I have proof of that. I just want to be as prepared as I can as I have children. I was stupid and drank at my job. I'm sure things vary for different states and counties..I am in Indiana

I understand what the guidelines are stating as far as splitting up the break and new year and all of that. My question is what if Christmas day is the middle of an uneven number of days. I would think that we would just split Christmas day in half or whatever but I'm not sure.

Example: Winter break begins Dec 19th, So we split the 19th to the 30th in half. What would be the end/beginning of each week?

I guess I don't completely understand but I greatly appreciate any input on this.

Any thoughts of what is wrong?

I have a male betta, and am looking into getting two african dwarf frogs to be his tankmates. I have read that they usually get a long pretty well, but to watch closely at first in case my betta does have a temper.

However..I haven't found anything on how to introduce them to each other. Which one should "own" the tank first..or should I put them in at the same time?

Diabetis runs in my family. My younger brother experienced shaking, and hunger this morning when he woke up...That's how he described it to me. I am wondering if his glucose stays low, or if it has something to do with it. He has had this happen before, I told my mom to take him to the doctor, and she hasn't done it. Anyone have any info? I need an attorney to regain the gaurdianship of my child. I signed gaurdianship to my aunt when I was incarcerated b/c I knew she would take care of him. Now...she doesn't want to let me have him back!

Please don't lecture me on doing bad things...I learned my lesson! I was incarcerated for a crime I comitted about 2 years prior. I have completely turned my life around. It seems like, the better I do, The more she tries to keep me from him.

I am working so hard for this.

I am a full time college student, I have a full time job, and a part time job as well. Please don't tell me to just forget about it, and let her have him...that isn't an option! He could have much more out of life being with me, and I refuse to give up.
