Familiar with Indiana parenting time Guidelines? .. Christmas break?

I understand what the guidelines are stating as far as splitting up the break and new year and all of that. My question is what if Christmas day is the middle of an uneven number of days. I would think that we would just split Christmas day in half or whatever but I'm not sure.

Example: Winter break begins Dec 19th, So we split the 19th to the 30th in half. What would be the end/beginning of each week?

I guess I don't completely understand but I greatly appreciate any input on this.

Update:

Yes..I will ask my attorney. I jsut kind of wanted a heads up to know what all we could do for Christmas break. Thank you for your answer and Thanks in advance for any educated answers as well.

You need to ask your divorce attorney. If you don't, and you do it wrong, you could be in a heap of trouble.

Just a thought...are you in Indiana? In Indiana we already split Christmas Day..till 12 noon for the parent who already has the first half of christmas break and 12 noon till 9 pm for those who christmas does not fall on their time. Plus you are looking at an even number of days, the holiday visitation guidelines begin at 8 pm on the evening school lets out. Look it up.
