Can she take the kids from him. Please help?
My husband had 2 children from his last marriage. She hasn't been utilizining her parenting time.. her choice. But she is constantly telling the young girls she will be here and promises she isn't lying this time and doesn't show up. She has seen them 3 times in the last 6 months.
He filed contempt papers so she is retaliating with a paternity test for only one of the girls. She really does not care about either but really shows it towards the older one. Everyone thinks neither one are his but to him, they are his kids. He has sole, physical and legal custody. He is on their birth certificates and has been there since day one. even when she would leave for days at a time. The girls have stability with him.
If a paternity test proves that he isn't the bio father can they just rip them out of his lives? Please Help

He would be wise to contest the DNA test and tell her he intends to sue for child support.

If he is on the birth certificate he is legally considered the father, regardless of dna.
those poor kids, what a b*tch. why do that to your kids, even if you knew he wasn't really the dad. sick, bloody sick
