nero 8...I can't get my pics?

I have a disc of photos downloaded with the nero 8 software..I have downloaded a version of this and still can't see my pictures..I have also downloaded an FTP server as well as an incd reader...Someone please help me!!

Update:

I can view them but I can't do anything else with them...I want to save them to my computer...How can I do it?

    they might not be on the disk or the disk could be corrupted
