Is the Green Mile the saddest film ever released ?

    No, "The Green Mile" is a very sad movie, but in my honest personal opinion it did not come close to "The Schiendler's List", "We Were Solgers" and "Requiem for a Dream". I do not even want to talk about "The Passion of Christ", I still cannot find strenght to watch it.

    How about eight below? That's a really sad movie if you like dogs. Or what about dead man walking? I cried like a baby on that one. Green Mile is sad, but not the saddest I've seen.

    The Green Mile was sad,but what about the movie called

    " Imitation of Life " that's a classic movie that always a tear jerker no matter how many times you watch it.

    no way!! E.T. has that beat!! of course, i was a lot younger when i saw it and it brought me to tears when i saw him go back to space, but you know what i mean.

    and speaking of the green mile, a mouse was running around at work in our warehouse today, and someone called him mr.jenkins! how's that for a coincidence?!?!
