I don't have one and really don't want to have to go buy one just for one cheesecake. Any ideas?

I live in an apartment complex and have seen a cat in the parking lot a few times. I'm not 100% sure he's a stray but yesterday he walked right up to me as I was getting out of my car. I think he's a stray because he was extremely skinny and some kids that were out told me he was. I tried to give him some food and he ate a little but was more interested in getting petted by me. He was really friendly and very sweet. Looks to be a couple of years old. Now I'm worried about him. I saw him again this morning in the parking lot. I already have four cats and really can't take in another cat. But I do want to help him if I can. I feel like I should do something but I'm not 100% sure he doesn't belong to somebody. Should I ask around my apartment complex and see if anyone knows if he has an owner? Or should I just try to take him to a shelter? I've already gotten kind of attached to him and just don't want to see anything bad happen to him. Especially when he already looks so skinny and the weather is getting colder. What would you do?

My mom has a shepard mix who is about 8 years old and she has noticed recently that the bed she sleeps on is wet in the mornings. We were thinking maybe she just couldn't hold it through the night anymore. Or is this a medical issue? We're just not sure. Do you think she needs to see a vet? Or is it just because the dog is getting older? Opinions?

I sliced up a red onion for a dinner I made last night and I can still smell them on my hands. Any hints on how to get rid of the smell or do I just have to wait for it to go away?

I have a hand tamed cockatiel but I worry that she's lonely by herself. Could I get a tame parakeet and keep them together in the same cage?

I bought a car in 2003 and owe about $8000 on it but am thinking of buying a new one. What will happen to my existing loan if I were to buy a new car? I would still owe that right? Would they just add that amount to a new loan amount? I'm confused about how this works. Please help!

There was a funky smell in my car and it took me two days to figure out where it was coming from. Apparently when I went shopping on Sunday a package of pork chops fell out of the bags and was left in my trunk for two days in 100 degree weather. The stink was incredible and now I can't get rid of it! The smell is not nearly as bad as it was before I got rid of those rotting porkchops, but now it will not go away. I sprayed the entire car out with Febreeze but it only sort of covered the smell and didn't get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Every time I leave the room or am out of her sight for even a second, she screams. She's fine at night and in the mornings until she hears me. I really don't want to get another bird because I want her bonded to me, but this is getting ridiculous. Is there ANY way I can teach her not to scream when she can't see me?

I noticed this morning that my cockatiel was rubbing himself on a branch. I was just wondering if anyone knew what he was doing and why? He's about two years old and I think he's male but he's never been sexed so I'm not positive on that. He was kinda sitting on the branch and rubbing his bottom back and forth. I made the mistake of believing one of those "get a free razor phone" deals that pop up in Yahoo by Wirefly. Well its been a year and I have yet to get my rebate money back. I got an email last month saying they were going to email me again and let me know it had been mailed but have heard nothing since. I tried logging in again to check where my refund is but now the website has been disconnected and the 1-800 number is also. Who can I report them to? I've already accepted the fact that I'm never getting my money back. As a warning to everyone else do not buy anything from Wirefly. com.
