References to the series can be seen on websites, within TV and radio programmes, songs, and in console and computer games. Examples include borrowing Adams's characters' names, or references to the number 42, or other catchphrases, or even reusing "The Hitchhiker's Guide to ..." to title other books and articles (which Adams himself had borrowed from Ken Welsh's Hitch-hiker's Guide to Europe). While you are correct, in that Wikepedia is a source that is not acceptable, it does provide sources that potentially are. You have to evaluate them.

If you read the book, you'll find out about the personalities.

You can always try to copy from the Cliff's Notes, but that will get you a D- at best.

i think i agree with the first answer. read the books and you'll know all about it. i've read all five books of the HHGTtG "trilogy" and could answer almost anyquestion on the books. i have seen both versions of the movie as well.
