Around 14 months old. To find out, all you do is times the dogs age by 7. So, 8 x 7 / 4 = 14.

if your dog were human she would be eight weeks old. they usually say that for every 1 human year its 7 dog years so if you r dog was 1 human year she would be 7 years old for dog years you r dog is probably 1 1/2 years old dog years

Probably just over 2 years old ... depending on the breed.
One human year is NOT equal to seven dog years for the first year!
That is INCORRECT information!!
You DO NOT just "multiply it by seven." NOT TRUE!!
It is closer to 14 years the first year and 7 years for every year after that. For some breeds it is more and for others it is less.
A lot depends on the size of the dog also.
