Um... I'm no expert but a little light exercise is good for u during pregnancy. Just don't overdo it. It'll limber u up for the inevitable, lol. Ur hormones will already be making ur joints and ligaments looser so be a little careful. But I think u'll be ok. Just take it easy and rest while u can, lol, u'll need it!

    Good luck and congrats!

Sit ups i would not suggest you do. I would think they could hurt your tummy muscles while they are stretching.

Docs recommend you do light exercise, jogging, walking, water aerobics and other light things.

Ask your doc to be certain of what u can and cannot do.

to tell you the truth sit ups are the worst thing to do when pregnant its to much on the baby and you could get hurt so be careful. you can also call your doctors and ask him but i am sure that he will tell you that it is not good.

You shouldn't do sit-ups they are quite hard on pulling stomach muscles. Exersize is good, but gentle things like walking.

I wouldn't think so, but I'm not a doctor. If you've gone for your first check up, it would be in the baby's best interest to ask.

    They say, no strenuous exercises.
