Middle of the night and my tongue goes numb on one side...?
Just for a minute, nor more. Did this over 2 weeks, hasnt' done it again.............good sleep? Bad sleep? Problem?

You're probably just biting it in the middle of the night without knowing it. It happens to me all the time. Sometimes I bite it so hard, I can't move my tongue at all for about a minute. It's most likely nothing.

The big issue is on which side this occurred. If this was on the left, it may be wise to consult your physician.
