What kind of cheese does Hardees use for their Hot Ham 'N Cheese sandwich?
You know, that white gooey, yummy melted cheese. It's so good but I haven't been able to figure it out. I've tried provolone, swiss, etc... but nothing tasted quite right. What is it??

I called the number on their website and they informed me that it is swiss cheese.
Actually, they told me that it says so on the website: http://www.hardees.com/menu/
