Want to tone up?
I currently walk to lose weight, which is not working. What are some exercises I can do to lose weight and tone up? I'm 213 pounds but should be about 140. I would like to try yoga but I can't do the moves.

I know that the best way to lose weight is to do aerobic exercises such as running. Another alternative is to engage yourself in other forms of aerobics such as dancing. Maybe you could join some sort of class. I have heard that having around 6 small meals a day also increases your metabolism ( by meal I mean like a yogurt and granola bar for example.) You should be eating around every 3 hours or so. Also avoid a lot of carbs later on in the day. It is better to have carbs in the morning so you can work them off during the day. I've learned all this from my boyfriend who is becoming a personal trainer! So good luck and just keep in mind that aerobic exercise is key to losing that weight!!!

Well, I like to lift weights. That helps quite a lot, and I've enjoyed it since I started in high school (it was part of our PE classes.) I do it every day if at all possible. You can start out light and just work your way up, it's great and raises your metabolism.

Put on some music and dance, and dance some more. Put on something like the PCD, you'll feel sexy and confident dancing to that kind of music, and the moves you dance while listening to them also works alot of muscles. How do you think they got such good bodies? By dancing like that of course! And its good fun!

Try picking your walk up to a slow jog. The jog should help you loose weight quickly.

hmm well try those dvds people sell mayb start a daily routing to do that after work or b4 work something like that
