ok.. i just bought this new N-9 product..it says it is 94% accurate..but im wondering..if i dont come inside of my parts vagina. is it still the same accuracy?

The withdrawal method is 74% accurate, and yes, you do get increased accuracy from using more than one type of birth control at a time. Using both a 94% and a 74% would get you near the 98% mark.
Just remember that VCF needs to be inserted 15 minutes before penetration and is only good for an hour, so you have a limited window of time. Also, of course, neither VCF nor withdrawal provide any protection against STDs.
