how is it that my brothers and my self all have blue eyes, my mom has brown my dad has hazel-green

The green colour is totally outside of the blue/brown system, first off.
Secondly, your mom obviously carries the blue allele (Bb). Your dad likely is bb or Bb. Aside from that, random. You can flip a coin three, four, five times in a row heads every time.

Genetics are a funny thing. They can work in many different types of ways. Blue is a dominate gene in eye color so is Brown. Even though both your parents don't have blue eyes they still may have blue eye genes in them. So therefor the dominate blue gene would take over.
