I was diagnosed with luekemia in 1996 and i have been cancer free since, the last couple years i have been wanting to get a tattoo to say how far i have come, I think i have finally decided on a tattoo the only thing is is that i would like to put the date on (1996) but i was wondering should i put something else like (1996 - *******) but the only thing is is that i dont know what to put in the *** part of that because i hope to never get sick again. as for the idea if anyone is wondering im thinking of a ribbon and then some other stuff around it if anyone can give any ideas that would be great

“THANKSGIVING?”

I was born just over 25 years ago on August 20 1987 so I guess that makes me 25 ha-ha, my parents were wonderful they helped make me who I am today. My dad was born in 1964 and raised on a farm, in the time where men didn’t really show their emotions too much, and women did most if not all of the work around the house. Or at least that’s how his parents where his dad (pepere) yelled, swung and barked orders; his mom (memere) told them what to do but not like his father, she was the one that gave them comfort, and cleaned up all the mess and helped out with all the chores. Where his father wouldn’t do anything if it was inside the house unless he wanted to do it (move furniture), if he was cutting up their latest trophy from a hunting trip or it was time to butcher one of the cows or pigs for their meat. My dad grew up ok, though he does has his faults, but doesn’t every parent? I mean my dad would beat up anyone that was bullying people around in school; he is a great cook all I have to say is “mmmm” and has a very creative mind when it comes to designing the yard. Though with that said he doesn’t clean up after himself at all well maybe about 95% of the time, also he tends to have a bit of a temper.

My mom born in 1965 has a different story behind her; she grew up mostly in cities. With her father (grandpa) being a teacher/guidance councillor, and her mom (grandma) being a registered nurse but let’s just call that RN for short. Even though my parents grew up in the same time frame they lived completely different lives, my mother’s parents did most things parents do ground them when they were in trouble, got them to do chores, didn’t smoke or drink too often; my memere and pepere where different memere smoked, pepere chewed tobacco and drank often enough; one major thing different between my memere and pepere and my grandparents is that my grandparents helped each other out my grandpa would pick up a dish and wash it even dust. Though by the stories my mom tells me from when she was younger she didn’t have a lot of confidence in herself, she started smoking cause it was “the cool thing to do” and probably to defy her parents. She seems like she has more now that she is older but she is still more on the shy side of the fence.

They met some time in 1984 ... I believe, not too sure on that. Anyways after that everything kind of just fell apart in a way, I am sure that they would have never dreamed their lives would end up how they did and in that is where the story of Thanksgiving comes in but not the usual thanksgiving story, my family’s story of Thanksgiving.

ok i just got up from the scaryest dream last night!!!, it started off great, well i guess in a way it was more then one dream kinda lol

it started off as a great sex dream with brent lol, though it was great in the sence it was how i pictured our first time together lol.....

then it switched to this skate bored compatition, that was for anyone all ages kind of thing, almost all my family was there, and i say i want to try to skate(saying i cant skate but will give it a shot lol) so i go up do poorly the first time, the second time comes up and im all over the place doing grinds and other simple tricks lol, i go back to the crowd where my fam was standing

when i go back to the crowd i go grab something to drink, and then talk to someone, find my moms phone, and it keeps ringing, the screen says its from one of her close friends so i dont answer it and let the answering mechine get it, then it stops but starts ringing again, for some reason i decide to pick it up.. wait for more!

ok i went to this vday dance and me and a friend went over and started talking to this one couple they were new to the area and didnt know many ppl around yet and ways we were having a great time hanging out with them (my friend and i are 20/21 this couple is about 31/32) anyways they ended up inviteing one of there friends over to the dance (this guy hes really good looking looks maybe late 20s but is 32) he seems really nice.

now im 20 very responsable and most guys my age tend to be creaps and would rather party kind of thing though ive met a few but nothing has really clicked.

ok i just got a message from this guy on fb asking if i would mind if he asked me out

now heres my problem i want to i really do

but is he to old????????

what is the answer for level 20 or can someone give me a really really good hint in other words point me right at the answer lol, please ive been on this one for months honest

A Frozen Fire

a frozen fire

wanting to break free

blazing inside

but all is hidden

deep beneth the ice

looks like a small ice cube

in a try with others

waiting to be poped out

and set free

to let melt

to let the fire out

as the ice melts away

the water from its contents

drips down into the soil

encasing what ever my lie

beneath the cold hard ice

but as the ice begins to fade

new life is found sprouting

up from the soil

flourishing from the remains

of the ice that shielded it

from danger for many years

growing and growing

the life takes new form

almost ready to bloom

and show everyone

the true colors that resides

it may die and wither

but the thick ice

that protected it for

all these years

provided enough time to mature

so when the life springs

to full growth and maturity

for all to see

all will stop

and see great beauty

every one wonders why

it was hidden deep beneath the world

cold and dark

but then one thinks

to soon and it may have

only been as common as a flower

and not as beautiful as a drea

ok so i got asked out by this guy hes 22, im 19 we are just going out for a bit i cant be out to late i have to be up at 5 the next morning for clinical

ok, why do kids/adults begin to smoke or anything that will stunt the time they have to live, with all the resurerch out there, u would think they would be smarter about chocies that they make, they must not care about life or have im going to die someday kinda atitude to add on additional risks, im not talking about the evolving technoligy (vehicles) but more about the stuff that is just there (smoking), i also wonder if these ppl relise they could basicly be gone tomorrow, well get sick/diagnosed then not be able to do what they want then their gone, so like i asked does anyone really care about life anymore?
