I have had an invisible itch on my lower back for a week now.It has been very itchy and i have tried lanicane, hydro -Q creme, benidryl itch creme and witch hazel.Just today i saw little tiny red bumps on my back. What is it? I have gotten a good dose of prickly heat in the summers before. So if you know what might help or if it is prickly heat please suggest?? Thanks!

Prickly heat is a disorder, which affects sweat glands. That is why they flare up during hot and humid type of weather.

It looks like most of your treatments were for general hives.

Perhaps try cool compresses, cold baths, and wearing loose light clothes when in public and none when you are home. Letting that area breathe will cool your body temp. and stop your need to sweat.

If these things don’t help, you don't have prickly heat.
