I am afraid it will have no effect at all.In the few weeks I have been answering 'Health Answers' I have had my eyes really opened. I had no idea that such a high percentage of the population are so naive as to believe in the myths, potty patent medicines, illegal drugs, illegally purchased prescription only drugs, charlatans and just plain crooks, purporting or pretending that they can fix them.
No topical preparation will influence this lesion at all. See this site :http://www.familyvillage.wisc.edu/Lib_nevi.htm
Please do not allow yourself to be conned out of any money. There are no magic or alternative cures here excision is the only treatment option, this can be done in stages.
Please arrange a specialist consultation best of luck Ecureuil and best wishes.
