Why do I have no self control with my sex drive?
I am married and have had 3-4 extra-marital affairs. MOst were one nighters and one went on for 3 years. My wife knows about the 3 year one but not the others. Our sex life has been great but still I find myself wanting to do anything that walks? Why is this? Is it about conquering? Am I unfulfilled? Is this natural? I am 38 and masturbate daily? ANy input?

You need counseling. You're suppose to be a human being not an animal that just does it whenever the urge hits them. Adults have control over their physical wants, emotions and needs. With things like Aids out there today you have no right to put your wife's life in danger just because you're not man enough to keep it in your pants. Grow up and get help.

Yes do seek out some help, this is a documented condition that can be treated.
You are not treating your wife right by doing this kind of thing behind her back, do something to fix the problem now before you end up losing everything you have.
