Where was there a possible unintended explosion of a nuclear device off the coast of North America?

Please note I did not say a Nuclear explosion and did say possible.

Update:

OK, I will add a hint - it involved a B-36

Update 2:

OK, another hint - a wiki search on broken arrow incidents

I'm not sure about an unintended explosion, however, there is a jettisoned nuclear bomb right off of Tybee island Georgia. A military aircraft jettisoned it when it experienced mechanical trouble. other than that I can't think of one.

There was a bomber which jettisoned 1 or 2 years ago, can't remember exactly when.

    Mid '60's I think.

Two more were jettisoned over Spain near some beach, about the same time and a radio active decom team had to clean up.

There hasn't been a big enough nuclear explosion recently to cause an earthquake.

Not sure if there have been any nuclear explosions and what time frame you are referring to.
