What is the difference between Navigating the Congressional Record (1890-Present) and the Congressional Globe?
The Congressional Globe is Pre-1890.
In Particular I am searching for Legislation during the Civil War. The Congressional Record has Indexes, etc which will point to the exact location of a topic, speech, etc.
Does the Congressional Globe have the same?

Truly a question for the Library of Congress. They are the keepers of both records and will explain how to research the Globe.
