How do you get out of a mental block? I feel like I am always distracted and can't think. No, I am not ADHD. I am fine I just don't feel that I am able to focus.

    You need to go on a vacation camping and or hiking getting one with nature so to speak this will clear your mind.

    I've been feeling that way lately, wondering if I'm just getting old.

    You, though, are probably a young pup, so the questions are A) are you getting enough sleep often enough? B) are you eating properly? C) do you get exercise or at least stay physically active? D) are you stressed by anything lately? E) are you managing your time proactively?

    Work on these and see if a solution lies with any or all of your answers. And if not - see a doctor!

    I can not read with any noise or distractions going on.

    turn stuff off.

    Just take the issue and put it on the back burner for a while and intermittently let it re- enter your priority thinking. Some times tuning back into the topic will spring a great idea.

    Take a break from all things...vacation?

    Eat more nutritions things and get more rest.......
