You can search online for hotel deals to get good discounts. however do not buy, based on the photo, it looks really different. base your decision on the convenience you would get.

You can buy the first 2 nights, then move about to look for a good and cheap hotel and book over the internet while you are there. This is recommended if you are staying more than 5 days..else you can just put up with the hotel condition.

The airport in Taoyuan,not in Taipei.

But live Taipei is much best because you can hang around there.

Taoyuan to Taipei is only cost 20 minutes.

you live in Taiwan since they assume that people living overseas are rich~~ please check http://www.accomline.com/hotels.reservations/City_... but do not reserve online, rather call or write mail, price should be arround 1200Nt$ (30Euro)
