Do you think the Star Wars movies were biased against Darth Vader?

Do you think he was really that evil?

well the "Empire Strikes Back" doesn't say he's evil at all. if nothing else, he was trying to atone for earlier sins and reunite with Luke. sure the resultant combination probably would have been evil, but at least he would have tried.

and in the end, he did make up for his mistakes and ushered in a new era of peace for the universe.

Anakin skywalker/darth vader is the main character of the hole star wars series, and in episode 6 he returns to the good side, for a time he was evil but he is redeimed in the end, this is one of the reasons star wars is so good intsead of evil just being destroyed it is redeamed back to the light side.

I don't think the films portrayed him as being a completely evil person, just a fallen man more or less. Throughout all the films there is a constant conflict that one can see going on in him. It's more amazing than just a simple, evil bad guy; because part of him is not all that bad.

the guy above me was talking about Return of the Jedi, and no I think all six movies together show his fall from gracewith the weight of the world on shoulder, and his redemtion. End the end he did bring back balance to universe like owibe one said now didn't he.
