BBC censorship of the illegal immigrants?

I noticed the BBC did not bother to show the protest in London by the illegal immigrants!

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/rtrs/20070507/tuk-uk-brit...

Is this another government cover up?

Would it not be better if they all went back to wherever they came from, and applied LEGALY to live and work here?

Or should the police have taken the opportunity to catch and deport them?

Update:

LOL

20 years and millions of pounds!

What a FEEBLE excuse of a reason!

So we do nothing, and give the green light to anyone wanting to live here illegaly!

So why would the politician's want to support these illegal immigrants ? maybe its got something to do with the fact that it's keeping wage's under control and cheap labour makes the honest citizen in this country fear for their job.and its easier and less embarrassing for the politicians to have it swept under the carpet. Also the government is the BBC pay masters, so as they say "don't bite the hand that feeds you" As for those who say "it will cost millions to trace them and send them back, well lets stop wasting our troops life's and our tax's on Iraq and spend it where it really counts, putting our own house in order.

I agree with you totally. We need to send them back and have far stricter controls to make sure no one else can come. Perhaps the BBC were right not to show the footage - after all, we don't want the illegal immigrants to feel like their voices are being heard and to gain sympathisers.

Shame on the politictians, I pay taxes for you to sort out the affairs of the people of this country ie jobs, education, health care etc- not to support criminals from abroad!!

The Home Office lost control of the illegal immigration problem ages ago. It's all a bit late trying to play catch-up now. Immigration Control now exists mainly to give UK passport holders a hard time!

They are in this country illegally so should be deported and the jobs they are doing should be given to people who live here legally. People who claim asylum should claim it in the first safe country that they reach from their homeland...unless they are from a country which borders the North Sea or the English Channel then they have no right to be here....

Did you not listen to what was being said???

It would take 20 years and millions of pounds to expel the illegal immigrants we have now!

Does anyone on here understand the concept of time and consequence?

Take them all in to the middle of the English Channel and throw them overboard. Those who make it back to England can stay as a 'prize'!!!

What a bloody nerve these people have. They are illegals but they are demanding better treatment. Find them, deport them. End of.
