I saw a circular rainbow from the ground. I thought you could only see them from above? Can anyone explain it?

You can see a full circle rainbow from the ground, the only requirement is that you are above the water droplets, and that the sun is behind/above you. So for example, if you sprayed a mist of water onto the ground at an angle below your eyes, you should be able to see a full circle rainbow (apart from the part that is covered by your shadow).

    Try less drugs.

You probably saw the reflection of oil in the water. A 'rainbow' can be seen almost anywhere doesn't have to be the sky it's just light getting refracted.
