wireless connection?

how can I get my wireless connection to my neigbors house 2 door down?

what kind of information would I need to do this resech?

    I assume that you already have a wireless router that transmit the signals? In that case the signals are not strong enough for your neighbor to pickup. One easy way is to buy a high gain pair of antennas for your wireless router.

    My brother owns a house 2 doors from me. He bought a linksys router, and I use his connection through a linksys usb adapter that has an antenna to pick up the far away signal. But we've noticed i don't get the high speeds that he gets. Good day!!

    That's probably too far away for an effective wireless connection.
