I need hotel input for Cave City, KY - MAMMOTH CAVE?
I'm hoping someone can give me input about hotels in the Mammoth Cave (KY) area. I've read online reviews but there are stark differences between them and many are outdated.
Can you give me any input about the best CHAIN hotels/motels in the area?

There is a tepee motel in the area that is very unique. Check AAA for ratings. I find the info at orbitz to be pretty reliable. Take ratings with a grain of salt. Sometimes a person is angry about 1 part of their stay and will take it out on all aspects. Beware of ones where everything is rated poorly. There are a lot of hotels in the area. Also, check out lodging at the cave. They have cabins for example. When I was there 20 years ago they had no AC. They also have a lodge.

If you have a favorite chain of hotels why not call their toll free info number and ask if there is on where you want to go.If not,bet they can give you others that they know of or atleast an idea of other choices to contact!!
