I was wondering about interviews?
I have a fairly important interview for a job at a call center (as a customer service rep) soon and I was just wondering something. I am sure that there is going to be a time in the interview that I can ask my own questions. What do you think would be the best questions to ask. I really want to impress them, so of course I come here and ask you all for your advice first! :)

I would write some questions down before you get to the interview. I would include the following:
1. Who will I be working for?
2. What kind of training or orientation is offered?
3. What kind of growth opportunities are available?
4. What kind of benefits are available and the associated costs (if applicable)?
5. What is the average call volume?
This is only a partial list, but I think it is a good start for you.

Ask them about training, how long, who trains, etc.
Ask about turn over and possibility of earning a promotion.
Make sure to get benefits information.
Ask the interviewer how long they have been there and if they like their job.

3.) goes along with #1 are their any internal or external training seminars/programs you would reccomend.

Be honest with your questions...what concerns do you really have..i.e. what are my chances for advanced, what are the hours, I´m interest in the job what is the next steps in the hiring process...
The only questions that are recommended to stay away from are questions about pay...
