Excess gastrointestinal gas is caused by mixing carbohydrates and protein - eggs and toast, cereal and milk, bacon sandwiches etc. This is very common after such breakfasts.

Gas is caused usually by dietary issues such as food intolerances. It is simply not just one food that is bothering you but a combination of many. You will need to do some research starting by doing a restriction diet called the elimination diet to find what is bothering you. Until then, when you do eat: 1. Take some enzymes tablets to help digest food(get them at health food store) 2. Do not eat 3 hours before bed 3. Take 2 pro-biotic capsules in the morning and before bed (you can also get at the health food store). 4. Start now by eliminating process sugar, refined grains (like wheat) and go without dairy for a few days to see if you have some lactose issues. Often the issue is one of those 3 culprits. 5. Please see your doctor and get your gallbladder checked out too!

A fart is a chemical explosion. My husband does a lot of it every morning maybe it is something men do. It could be part of their nature. Beans are known to produce a lot of gas, so does cabbage and some people find its eggs or brown brown. Gaviscon is good to settle this. Gaviscon is available on prescription from your doctor or over the counter at any chemist. If you don't want medication here is another remedy:
Let your wind run free
Where ever you may be
Whether on land or sea
As long as it doesn't come near me lol

Many factors come in play here. Like when you eat and how often.
You can also produce large amounts of gas because of the combination of foods.
Because you are having this problem in the morning, It is probably related to eating late and eating junk food.
Remember that if you eat after a certain hour you body just stores the food and doesn't use it to produce energy. If you eat late then the food sits in your stomach and your digestive track can't move it as quickly. This produces gas.
Try this test. After 8pm only drink water, don't eat any food.
Check yourself in the morning.

Maybe you should try going to the bathroom (#2) in the mornings. Start eating more fruits and veggies. even if it is just 1 more per day. Oh, and if you eat alot of meat that will cause you to fart more!!!

Maybe your stomach is empty and there is a lot of gas running around until you have something to eat to fill the spaces.? Bread, cauliflower and onions cause this so avoid them if you can.
