I'm not sure there were any ever built with a four lug pattern, the 1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager we have on the road and the 1993 Grand Voyager parts van we have are both five lug. The four cylinder, short wheel base models may have had a four lug pattern, not sure. Even though they are minivans they still carry a heavy weight when fully loaded.
