Anyone out there have one of these?

I'd be curious to hear about your experience with them.

Update:

Nothing? Nobody's heard of this?

I designed, constructed/installed, and managed in ground sprinkler systems for 20 years. They were all uPVC pipe and proven components made by Toro and RainBird. They are still in service and that is way past the limited guarantee provided by Lawn Belt. I wouldn't touch this Lawn Belt system IF THEY paid me. It nothing but a disaster, in my opinion, just waiting to happen and that is usually when you are not there to catch it when something happens.

It is a cheap system that can not compare to the uPVC rigid and the semi-rigid buytle piping systems that are decades proven. There is a reason these systems require glue/cement to hold the fittings together. It's called strength and impervious to disintegration caused by corrosion such as the rust that will eat Lawn Belt apart with its steel hose clamps and two months warranty.

There is no substitute for quality that provides decades of service with minimal service. Lawn Belt will not provide that quality of service or longevity. Rigid/semi-rigid irrigation systems take longer to install, but the installation period is only a tick of the clock when compared to the years of service they provide.

Had lawnbelt in my yard 20+ years and still works great. Easy installation. I just love it.
