Good Colleges??!?

I want to be a Physical Therapist, but I'll be majoring in Sports Medicine. Any colleges who cater to that? Thanks for any help! I'm just too lazy to look any up myself...=/

Update:

I don't care how far away. I live in S.C., so anywhere in the US is fine! And just so ya know, I'm only 14, but I like planning ahead. And I know I could Google it, but I'd like people's opinions who know colleges that will benefit me the most, not just a list of colleges where sports medicine is a major...=/

Where do you live?? I was looking into PT as an option so I've done a lot of research on this.

Check out Ohio University (very rual campus), University of Pittsburgh (amazing urban campus, love this school), Washington University (in saint louis), and University of Southern California. They are the top-rated PT schools and great schools for undergrad also.

PLENTY. I live in FL and I know that the University of Florida is a great school offering Sports Medicine. It's getting very difficult to get accepted there though. I go to the University of South Florida and it has a great medical program. I'm pretty sure it offers Sports Medicine. Also, Stetson University is a private university in FL that I think offers that program too. Why don't you just look it up? In the time it took you to type your question, you could have Googled BS degrees in Sports Medicine. :-) Good luck!

New York University is a really good school for medicine, one of the best but costs over $50,000/yr for eight years to get your PHD thats $400,000!!!!! NYU is said to also b way overrated. One school that offers a real good sports medicine is the University of Stony Brook, NY.

a "good" college is one that makes you happy....

going away from home is not always the answer...look into a region of the US where you know you will be happy

any college around there will be perfect for you...b/c all colleges of any mention have your major...

    good luck!
