Is it any wonder that Falwell had heart problems?

...with all that hate built up inside him?

And to think, some of these fools think he was a great man!

What's so great about preaching hatred?

HE was a very hateful man and will not be missed by thinking people! When he meets that great and merciful GOD that he loved to crow about I think he will have alot of answering to do and there is a real good chance that he may well be shown the stairway that heads south!

Rev. Falwell did not preach hate. He simply spoke the truth as he saw it from the Bible. Perhaps he didn't always think before he spoke, but at least he stood up for what he believed.

    Don't forget, he did apologize.

He was talking about the [usa's destuction] it would be as all other kingdoms have vanished, if the nation leaves God and turns to unlawful sex acts, then comes their destruction, just as every one fell to the same in the past history .

Can we live with, the one without the other? Hatred came upon many people in the scripts. God himself made Saul so mad with his Holy Spirit. 1Sa 11:6 And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly. Eccl. shows there is a time for everything, even hate.

    The "moral majority."

What, the world needed Falwell before it could find morality? What a self-absorbed egotist.

There may be fools, but there is no question who the fools are! What hate are you talking about? He didn't have anything good to say about gears, transaxles. If anything he only stated what God hates himself. And I am guessing here, not sure what you are talking about.

I don't know much about him. Never met him, so I only have second hand knowledge. So whether he was hate-filled or not, I wouldn't know. However, when I read your remarks, I wonder if you aren't filled with hatred toward him and possibly a lot of other people.

Have you ever stopped to think he might possibly be a sincere man fighting for his convictions, and there might not be hate involved? I would leave that for God to judge. I don't agree with most of his politics, but that doesn't give me a reason to hate him.
