Why do Lesbians dislike Gays - isn't this a form of Gay bashing, a hypocrisy of Same Gender relationships?
I've never understood why Same Gender Loving females have so much distaste, hatred even for the opposite sex - even if that member of the opposite sex is a Same Gender Loving male. True, I've been in the company of SGL men who can't stand "fish" so maybe this question should be equally posed to SGL men who dislike females.
I've heard/read that SGL women encounter situations where men pose as SGL men & try to convert the SGL women, or try to convince them to participate in a 3-some but this (to me) is no reason to bare such hatred.
My dilema is that I'm tired of only being around guys & would like to be friends with the opposite gender WITH NO ULTERIOR MOTIVES but every Lesbian site I've visited has been moderated, blocking male membership. And in reading some of the posts that the members have left regarding gay men joining their sites are simply deplorable, horrible, just down-right hateful.
And Straight women may think that I want their men so...your thoughts on this.

Lesbians are idiots. I hate having to categorize myself as one..but the general lesbian population is ignorant and self-centered...usually uneducated as well.
I see most lesbians as being afraid of what they don't understand, men.

Not all lesbians hate gay guys. I have many friends who are lesbians. It's just a matter of finding the right people to be around. Also being blocked online doesn't necessarily mean they hate you. They could just think you're someone trying to fool them and are blocking you to keep the riff-raff out of the online community (you never know what peoples motives are in an online environment).
Try going out and meeting people in person...it's a lot easier that way! If they do end up hating you I'm sure it's just penis envy like some others here have mentioned!

Most Lesbians I know (myself being one of them) adore gay men. I apologize for the sites you've been blocked off of, but like the Trolls here, the rather radical right of the Lesbians can be just as bad. Fundamentalism in any form is bad (bad...whack!)
I suggest you try to form friendships with Ladies around your area rather than trying to go online. Start at your neighborhood coffee shop (every neighborhood seems to have one nowadays......) Drop a joke here and there, amuse the Ladies with the Sensible Shoes! (okay, that's what the Group was called when I went to College)
Give it a shot. Most of us here in Oshkosh adore our gay men. Either that or you'll have to move here. :)

Lesbians hate gay GUYS because they want to be a GUY. Not ALL lesbians hate gay guys. Only a few. A common nickname for those lesbains who hate gay men is "bulldyke"
They want to be men, so they are so jelous that they develope a hatered for us. I asked this question also. But thankfully, my GSA leader who is a lesbain, explained it to me just as I did to you. She took no offence to it and said she loved gay guys.
