I was diagnosed by my ENT (ear, nose, and throat) doctor, I had a catscan done of my sinus cavities as well as numerous examinations up the nostrils NO FUN!! I had sinus surgery 2 yrs ago to have mine removed. That is the only way to remove them. They can also come back...so fingers crossed that they won't!

P.S. Prior to this I dealt with 24/7 stuffiness. I could not breathe out my nose.

I dont not have them but my father did. He had to go to a Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. He reccomended having nasal surgey to remove the polpys. He did and he never regretted it! He use to snore very loud! Now he only snores a tiny bit!

    It was great.

    Now My Dog Snores Instead!

    Good Luck!
