Jazz vs Spurs / Cavs vs Pistions?

I have a lot of respect for Jerry Sloan (the fact that he's never won Coach of the Year is a far worse crime than Stoudemire's suspension) and he's one of the few coaches in the league that will not be outcoached by Gregg Popovich. But seriously the Jazz will be lucky to win a game against the Spurs. Sloan simply does not have anywhere near as good of a team that Popovich has. Did you watch that Game 5 against Golden State? You can't seriously tell me that they looked impressive, can you? The Jazz had something like 25 turnovers and were only saved by the fact that the Warriors didn't have anyone who could rebound the basketball. That won't be the case with Tim Duncan back there. Also, on a worse note, the Jazz two best players are PG Deron Williams and PF Carlos Boozer. Well it just so happens that the Spurs have better players at those two positions as well. (The only edge the Jazz have is that Mehmet Okur is better than Alberto or Elson at center, but because Okur is more of a perimeter shooter than a post player, I see Popovich going small with a lineup of Parker, Ginobli, Bowen, Finley, and Duncan most of the time.)

Prediction: Spurs in 5

The Spurs will be going to the finals for the west. The Spurs and the Jazz go really good againts each other, and I think its going to be a pretty good series. The Spurs have the edge because experience and team chemistry plays a good part of the series. They'll know what to do when underpressure and I think the Spurs have the best team chemistry out of all NBA teams, they'll trust their teammates to play good defense, encouraged them, and will share the ball. But I think the Jazz will challenge the Spurs, but the Spurs will overcome the obstacles.

The Pistons will go to the finals for the east. The Pistons have soo much more advantage than the Cavaliers. The Pistons have soo many great players, that they will exchaust Lebron James. The Cavaliers cannot win the championship with just Lebron carrying them. I also think the Pistons experience will be an advantage. They know when to win crucial games, and when to relax. The Cavaliers will win one, two or three games because the Pistons will get cocky(like they do with the Bulls), but they'll win 4 games and go to the finals.

Well first of all the cavs game tonight at the q was incredible. Even if the players werent there there were about over 500 hundred people there it was a blast. by far the best cavs game on tv ive EVER SEEN GO CAVS! ok lets get back to the question. Ummm believe me man im a die hard cavs fan and im 14 years old and i love the cavs. But i just dont think they have enough power or agility to get past the pistons. They might win two games but im saying even though the cavs are my favorite team and always will be no matter what happens, im going with detroit to represent the east. Umm no doubt about it spurs all the way dont even have to explain way better than Utah. Anyway if cleveland can pull it off and beat detroit lets just say i dont know 4 games to 2. Well, I'm a jazz fan and would like to see them go all the way. However, I think the Spurs will probably win this series although it won't be easy for them. They have split their regular season games 2-2. Spurs have the playoff experience though. That's their edge.

Detroit will beat Cleveland. Cleveland doesn't have enough help for LeBron and they don't have the playoff experience either.

Therefore, it will be the Spurs and Pistons in the finals with the Spurs winning the Championship in a hard fought series.

Spurs in 5 The Jazz are good team, but they are no were near as great as the Spurs.

Pistons in 6 or 7.

Spurs in 6 games vs Detroit.

Spurs over Jazz in 7. Spurs are basically a bigger, stronger, and more experienced Jazz team, and they have home court.

Pistons over Cavs in 7. Pistons have home court.

Jazz will beat the Spurs in 6 games. 99% of you say the spurs will win easy and i want to see the look on your faces when the Jazz win.

As far as Cavs Detroit i want the cavs to win but im sure detroit will

spurs because they are simply the best team in the playoffs. they have the experience and a great coach and the best defense in the NBA. jazz have had the rest but not the experience and i would say the jazz had a easy time pushing around the smaller warriors but now boozer will have to deal with duncan, and he aint no push over. deron will have to deal with bowen and we all saw how he frustrated nash. i say spurs in 5, 6 games at most.

pitsons will win this one. without a true PG i will never pick cleveland to make it to the finals. its lebron and thats it. all the players just watch as lebron makes his moves. marshall isnt a good shooter, hughes isnt a consistent shooter. snow isnt a good PG. i really dont see cleveland getting past a veteran team with great defense. theres no way cleveland can handle the pistons backcourt.

my reason is that i hate the spurs and i think that lebron can carry his team over the cavs even though it doesnt sound likely
