The earth is not a perfect inertial reference frame. And the time dilation caused by our different speeds is insignificant. But yes, uncle Albert says time runs slower for those nearer the equator.

it is terrible that that little boy died because of this, despite if, those mom and dad have not have been given any genuine to sue the keep, that youngster don't have been allowed to be swinging on the steel rail. the mummy and dad could have advised the youngster the 2nd he began to swing. What did the keep try this became negligent. that youngster don't have been swinging on the rail. That pronounced, i'm very sorry on the topic of the mummy and dad loss, and that i can not think of what they could be dealing with, yet suing the keep over this, won't help the area. The steel pole isn't for swinging on and the mummy could have found out that.

Remember earth is rotating the sun not only rotating on its axis. And this speed is negligible compare to speed of light.So no difference whether staying at equator or in the pole.
