This is what I've been trying to tell everyone who supports Hillary. Did you see this?

Although this piece from the NY Times doesn't come right out and say she DOESN'T support labor and unions, it might as well. And how can she and Bill still have alliances with them? I'm a longtime, diehard Democrat and I cannot support a candidate who is hypocrite. As Democrats, how can you support a candidate who is even remotely affiliated with Wal-Mart? Wal-Mart goes against ALL Democratic principles!

Update:

So far, four answers....all of which don't address the question at hand. That is normally why I don't ask question in this forum because you usually can't get any serious answers. And BTW, of course the republicans want Hillary to win....she is the most polarizing of all the Democratic candidates, especially among us democrats.

And please don't patronize me by calling me naive.... I'm sure I have spent more time working on political campaigns than many of you who profess your 'extensive' knowledge of politics....

See Republicans like Wal Marts money also!

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has legions of close friends, collected over decades as a Hollywood box office draw and rising political star. Yet few may consider him as dear as Wal-Mart Stores, which gave the Republican governor $22,300 on May 15, and earlier contributed $200,000 for initiatives Schwarzenegger had supported. In addition, the company has given $300,000 to the state GOP and additional funds to local politicians, making California the biggest recipient of Wal-Mart’s political largesse.

Your right, I'm glad someone else realizes it. But to answer your question It baffles why unions are doing this. The only thing that comes to mind is that for her there supporting her because of Billy. The unions loved him and all he has to do is ask them to support her. You brought one point out that I disagree with concerning Republicans want her to win. I am a Republican and I certainly don't want her to even get the nomination. Now you get Bill Richardson the nomination I may even vote for him. He has experience and respect around the world, he would be a great choice for the Democrats.

The whole Wal-Mart thing has been been beaten to death long before this. The truth is that most people just don't care about Wal-Mart or the issues surrounding it. Whether they should care is immaterial, most just DON'T care. They shop at Wal-Mart like millions of other Americans, Democrats and Republicans alike. I live in an area that is drowning in unions, right by many steel mills and oil refractories, and most union people are Democrats, . My husband is a union bricklayer who works at the 3rd largest oil refractory in the United States. None of them EVER talk about Wal-Mart, the subject bores the hell of them. When they decide who to vote for, Wal-Mart won't even enter their minds, whether it's publicized or not.

I can't buy it unless it's on sale at Wallmart and thy don't have unions, just people making more money then I am. And I dread the though because I won't shop there, every place they go family run business are lost and I'm one of them! I might find it in my self to write for the NYTs because I have a good imagination, but I'd rather write for the Onion. Democrocy in government is selective and a joke.

Hillary will raise the $500 million needed to win. It's not about the person, it's about money and power. Hillary has both. Bill now gets $250,000 for a 30 mins, speech and Hillary will soon have her third million $ book out. BTW, Did you know Republicans want Hillary to get the nomination?

Then why do you vote Democrat Party Lines. Every one of them are bigger hypocrites than the other. John Kerry: I voted for the war before I voted against. If you don't believe that Saddam Hussein has weapon of mass destruction then don't vote for me. Bill and Hilary I fell your pain never mind that they caused the pain in the first place. Or the rest of them: Save gas, don't pollute, don't drive your car ride a bike while I go around in a gas guzzling private jet. Also none of the Democrats supports labor. When they want to raise taxes or even raise the minim wage they are not out for the little guy. Think who always comes out on top each time the minim wage is raised. That's right its Uncle Sam (Federal government) each time the minim wage is raised the minim wage earner is put in a different tax bracket and everything else go up that much more.

They are in it for money and power.. period. You are living in a fantasy world if you think politicians care about you or their "parties". Bush is leaving the border open so that business can keep making money off of free labor, wreaking our country in the long run. And Hillary wants the money from Wal-Mart, so she will shaft the unions.. It is ALL about money and power....

Democrats are all NAIVE fools. They think that taking money from the rich and giving it to the ignorant minorities so that they can continue to grow in numbers will somehow make our country greater??? Wal-Mart lets the poor keep making babies... This country is doomed!

What you are is a tool. Im in issue voter, i think people are very naive when they are diehard fans for some corrupt political parties. Hillary Clinton also is a tool and she wont win. However who will win sadly probably will not represent the people unless you are a TOOL AND OR NAIVE lol.

Actually, Walmart and and the democrat party have much in common. they both deceive poor folk into believing they are cared for when all their doing is using them for gain.
