Can I give blood?

I have lived in Europe for about 10 years and will soon be coming back to the states. Here in Europe they will not take my blood because i am an American, The Americans here will not take my blood because i have been in Germany for more than 5 years.

When i return to American how long do i have wait to give blood or can i donate as soon as i get back?

    I believe it is a 2-3 year wait.

    Unless you were in an area of Europe where mad cow disease was found, then you are not eligible.

    Go to India..

    doesn't matter whom u r ..they will take ur blood...
