What are the stockings called that conect to your underwear?

    The stockings don't connect to your panties. I believe what you are referring to is a garter belt. It has straps and hooks that attach to the tops of the stockings.

    they are called stockings they attacht to garters, thigh highs have a lace band that keeps them up.
