anyone here suffering more then usual with allergies???

Do a little research on a nose pot/neti. My husband just started using his and is really impressed with the results. We found his at a health food store for 14.95. Seems high, but two over the counter allergy meds, or one prescription costs more, and you have to keep buying them. If this works for you, it is a one time cost.

Every year I think that this is the worst year for allergies. Well, this year is the worst year to date. Spring is a difficult time with tree pollens, plant pollens, molds and grasses etc..

Are your allergies worse indoors or outdoors? You can control some things in the house. You can avoid the outside by staying indoors. Ugh!

Your allergies may or may not respond to meds or shots. My entire family has allergies and I understand that we were written up in medical journals because of the multiplicity of complications in our family. We have dealt with them for many generations.

Allergies can be very serious or mild. You may need a doctor for diagnosis or maybe OTC meds will help. Good luck dealing with yours.

Yes! The pollen count is pretty high this season in the US. It's making allergy symptoms worse. So, it's not just you.

The best solution is to find an allergy control program that works for you. Good luck with that.

I am but I find that if I take a over the counter allergy medication they seem to work better than the ones the Dr. prescribed for me.

Yes and I think alot of people are... But not a whole lot we can do about it!!! other then take meds
