Poor Paris Hilton???

Question

Okay, let me see if I have this right. Paris was arrested for DUI while on probation for DUI and not supposed to be driving. So now they are going to give her some jail time. Now from what I have been reading, they already knocked time off of her sentence for "good behavior" and they considered just that she showed up on time for her last court appearance as part of that "good behavior". What the hell is up with that?!!? If we didn't show up for court, we would get hauled away. She shows up and gets time off. She seems like the type of self serving twit who would not learn her lesson until she killed someone while DUI. I am glad she got jail time, she earned it, and like everyone else in the world, she should be punished for her actions.

Does anyone actually think she is being treated even remotely like the rest of us on this?

Of course she is being treated far better than anyone for isn't a celeb! The whole thing makes a joke out of the justice system. Let her rot a while and maybe she will come to realize that she is expected to obey the laws of this nation...yeah...right. Just like the other freaks who call themselves celebs.

No, she is being treated like the child she represents. I am sure the Court has been overly compensated by the Hilton's. If anyone else violated the crime she has committed anywhere across the US, they would have done at least a year sentence with 2 for 1 (6 months) and reported to rehab. I don't doubt that allowing Paris to skate some the judge is aware that she will fail again and cut her own throat. They are just building a airtight case on her.

I think everyone gets time off for good behavior.  It's usually a set amount of time - and they know what it would be before the person goes to jail.

I have a feeling she won't even have to go somehow.  And THAT will be wrong.

She shouldn't be in the protected area either.

First of all the prison dont have enough room..not that im makin an excuse for the courts

But this is whats gonna happen...shes gonna appeal her case...then the court is gonna take her license away for a year or so...n she's gonna have to go to those alcoholic treatment classes...blah blah
