Does anyone know if its safe for someone to take Xanax four hours after taking Suboxene?

I take both and have for awhile now.
Not a problem.
suboxone is only going to make you sick if you would crush pills and inject them. It does two things, keeps you from withdrawl symptoms and makes you very sick if you crush up oxycontin and inject it.
Xanax is not even in the family of drugs that suboxone affects, and you can still take oxycontin orally (it wont work at all but you wont get sick like if you injected it.)

Depends on the dose of xanax. Xanax is a benzodiazepine and benzodiazepines are well known to increase the risk of overdose and death in combination with opiates. You didn't say the dose you are taking. Also the risk of overdose depends on your tolerance level to xanax and benzodiazepines as a drug class.
Xanax as a benzodiazepine is highly addictive and has one of the most severe withdrawal syndromes. You can actually die from stopping xanax. or other benzodiazepines from withdrawal seizures.
