I don't think so. In order for the pill to work effectively they need to be taken at the same time (or close to) every day. By not doing so can result in higher chances of pregnancy.
The only way to skip your period on the pill is if you miss the inactive (sugar) pills. I think your hormones are out of wack hence the spotting. I would be careful for the next week or so

Probably not. You do need to continue taking them at the same time, though, or you are not going to be protected as well. If you are only taking the pills an hour or 2 later than normal, that's okay, but any longer than that, you should just take 2 the next day at your normal time. There is a reason that you are supposed to take them at the same time each day - so you don't forget. As I said, I don't think it'd mess up your cycle that bad, but I guess it is possible. Not everyone's body is the same..

Yes taking them late can make you spot and then miss your period- best to take them same time of the day because today's pills are nice low dose to minimize side effects but not as forgiving of lateness. I always suggest doing a pregnancy test just to reassure yourself.

YOu do know you have to take them at the same time every day for them to be 100% effective. So if you had intercourse on any of those days your spotting might be the result of something else.

You need to take them everyday at the same time. Put them by your toothbrush so everyday when you wake up and brush your teeth you remember to take them.

taking b/c incorrectly can cause you to miss your period because you can get pregnant by not taking it properly.
